Toni Attard (Malta) is the founder and director of Culture Venture - an advisory, production and training firm for the cultural and creative sectors. For more than a decade in the public arts sector, Toni led numerous arts projects, established 10 public arts funding programmes and co-authored cultural policies and strategies for the arts and the creative economy. He is also a practicing theatre maker and festival director. Toni is a member of the council at Cultural Policy Designers Network.
Cristina Farinha (Portugal) is a freelance expert and researcher. Her expertise spans more than 20 years of work from local to international level in culture and the creative industries sector. She is interested in the strengthening of the role of culture in governance and development; the promotion of international cooperation and mobility; and the building of capacity, advocacy and networking within the sector stakeholders. Cristina is a member of the council at Cultural Policy Designers Network.

Tom Fleming (United Kingdom) is a leading international expert on cultural policy and the creative economy, founder of Tom Fleming Creative Consultancy - leading international consultancy for the creative economy. With a portfolio of work that covers over 60 countries and 300 cities, he is a passionate advocate for the role of culture and creativity across the policy agenda. Philippe Kern (Belgium) is the founder and managing director of KEA European Affairs. Based in Brussels since 1999 (and with an office in Shenzhen, China), KEA is Europe’s leading consultancy and research center on culture and creative industries. Philippe has 30 years’ experience in the world of culture, creative industries, public affairs and legal advice. He has led a range of research and strategy programs at European level. Luka Piškorič (Slovenia) is a co-founder and managing director of Poligon, Institute for development of creative industries and Poligon Creative Centre - the first Slovenian creative hub. With over 20 years of experience in the cultural and creative industries, he works internationally as an expert focusing on bottom up development, creative hubs, audience development and new economic models. Jorma Sarv (Estonia) is a founding partner of Creativity Lab. He has vast experience in strategic planning, culture, creative industries and sports. He was a member of the EU expert group on cultural and creative sectors. From 2013-2018 he worked as the head of the international programme dedicated to the Estonian EU Presidency and 100th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia.
